Yahoo!トラベルユー... 4/5/2026We stayed with our sons and their wives—six of us in total—and had a very fun, lively time.Everyone at the front desk and in the dining area greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel welcome. The indoor bath has a nicer atmosphere. The open-air bath has no roof, the water was lukewarm, and since it was raining we got soaked. The Room was clean and well kept, but the entrance area and windows felt a bit dated. There was also an air purifier, and the Room was comfortable without feeling cold.Dinner featured pork shabu-shabu and jingisukan as the main dishes. My husband had been hoping for sashimi with good sake, but it was served as carpaccio instead, which disappointed him. Still, we all finished everything and were satisfied.Breakfast came with many small side dishes beautifully arranged, which was enjoyable. In our family, grilled fish, shumai dumplings, scrambled eggs, curry, yaki udon noodles, Onsen eggs, and croissants were especially popular. My spouse and I bought bathing tickets at the front desk and enjoyed visiting several public baths. After warming up in the Onsen baths around town area , we wanted to have a quick draft beer in town , but every place was closed—it felt like a quiet Onsen town.
