  • It was very relaxing.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. The staff were excellent. In particular, the foreign male staff had wonderful smiles and were very polite and professional. The in-room open-air bath and the location were also fantastic. However, it took quite a long time to fill the bath with hot water. Meals were served buffet-style, but the quality was high. I was especially happy to be able to enjoy sukiyaki at dinner. I would definitely like to stay at this Accommodation again. Thank you very much.

  • We are a couple, and we were very satisfied.

    The large public bath features free-flowing hot spring water, and the open-air bath was very relaxing with a great view of the stream below. Our Room also had an open-air bath, and my wife was very satisfied. The sashimi was very fresh, and we enjoyed the other dishes as well. I have stayed at three Livemax Resort Accommodations in Shizuoka Prefecture, and the sashimi has always been consistently fresh and delicious at all of them. The Facility is old, which may bother some guests. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and would like to stay at a Livemax Resort again.
