On its expansive grounds, this integrated resort offers facilities such as a spa area with indoor and outdoor baths using natural hot spring sources, tennis courts, a pool, and amusement options, providing a full day of enjoyment. In the open-air baths, you can relax in the hot water while gazing at the star-filled night sky.
The Facility is quite old, but the room was clean, and the bath was spacious, so we were able to relax and unwind. The meals were also delicious, and there were many dishes that made us wish we could have eaten a little more of everything. It was also great for our dog to be able to walk around in nature.

After reading the Reviews, we looked forward to new items such as sukiyaki and salmon roe that weren’t available before, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the overall quality had improved far beyond our expectations. Most of the staff were from overseas, but nearly everyone worked diligently and impressed us. In particular, the woman who cleared our dishes at dinner conveyed genuine warmth through her words and smile, making it a delicious and enjoyable time for my wife and me. One point I would like to see improved—also often mentioned in Reviews—is the sushi rice. It was quite disappointing. With such an authentic wooden sushi tub and beautifully arranged presentation, it feels like the effort isn’t fully reflected; I understand there may be reasons, but I would be happy if this could be improved going forward. We will look for another opportunity to visit again.
