We stayed for two nights as a family. It’s close to Hiroshima Station, and the streetcar stop is also nearby. You can feel the attention to detail from the entrance, and the Room had a great atmosphere. We were upgraded to a suite on the day of our stay. The layout felt like an apartment unit, with a separate toilet and a spacious washroom/changing area. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. Amenities were well stocked. The breakfast buffet venue was lovely, with plenty of variety, and everything tasted great. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again.

Breakfast was also excellent—there was a wide variety to choose from while looking out over the courtyard, and items were replenished quickly. I would definitely like to stay here again!!

We kindly ask guests to sanitize their hands regularly. Employees also wash their hands, gargle, and use alcohol-based sanitizers frequently to prevent infections.
3. Prevention of Droplet Transmission
To prevent droplet transmission at the front desk, acrylic partitions have been installed on the counters.
We ask guests to maintain social distancing while waiting in line at the front desk.
In the restaurant, we ensure that seating arrangements allow for sufficient space to avoid crowding.
4. Cleaning and Disinfection of Guest Rooms and Public Spaces
High-touch areas frequently used by multiple guests (elevator buttons, handrails, doorknobs, etc.) and areas frequently touched by guests and employees (doorknobs, room keys, switches, TV remotes, air conditioner remotes, tables, chairs, etc.) are regularly disinfected using alcohol-based sanitizers and Charmist disinfectant deodorizer.
5. Thorough Ventilation
We ensure proper ventilation during room cleaning, in public spaces on the first floor, and during and after banquets and meetings, depending on the situation.
6. Additional Measures for Employees
- Health checks and temperature screenings at the start of each shift.
- Prohibition of work attendance in case of illness.
