Convenience store accessible without getting wet, complimentary welcome coffee available. As a Business Hotel, the Room itself is indeed compact, but the bed is spacious. Lighting adjustments can be made conveniently from the bedside. Although it's a unit bath, there are separate faucets for the sink and bathtub, which is surprisingly convenient. A compact and user-friendly Hotel overall. Would love to stay again!

This is a relatively affordable Business Hotel amidst the rising Accommodation Fees due to inbound tourism. Although it is on the opposite side of the Midosuji Line exit, the area around the Hotel is quiet with many convenience stores, making it a valuable choice. Above all, the Room is spacious! The bathroom and toilet are separate! The amenities are well-equipped, and among several Accommodations I have stayed at near Shin-Osaka Station, this one offers the most comfortable experience. There was no noise from other Rooms or hallways, and in addition to a round chair, there was also a sofa in the Room for an extremely comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this place again for my next stay in Osaka!
