My daughter's family lives far away, so they always stay overnight on the way back home. This time, based on my son-in-law's wish to visit Hikone Castle, we chose this accommodation. Since our grandchild is still small, the spacious Hollywood twin Japanese-style room was perfect. They mentioned that the breakfast was delicious and that the place was clean and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.
マジ 8/18/2025This review is only about the accommodation. Check-in was very smooth, possibly because of the late arrival time. The reception had a calm atmosphere and was not crowded. The room was also clean and well-maintained.

However, it is not exclusively for hotel guests, so reservations are not available, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Times Partner Parking [Kusatsu Estopia Hotel No.2 Parking Lot]: Located near the hotel entrance but has limited capacity. Times Partner Parking [Kusatsu Estopia Hotel No.1 Parking Lot]: Offers more spaces and tends to have quicker turnover even if full. 〇 For those coming by regular car from National Route 1, please turn west at the "Kusatsu Station Entrance" intersection and pass through the underpass (height limit: 3.5m). 〇 The parking lot may temporarily become full; however, please wait as spaces will open up shortly. We assure you that we have never been unable to accommodate our guests' vehicles during their stay.
