If a Reservation is partially canceled under a group stay, no cancellation fee will be charged only when all of the following conditions are met:

(2) The number of canceled guests is no more than 10% of the total reserved guests (rounded up).
If the contracted length of stay is shortened, regardless of how many nights are reduced, a cancellation fee will be charged only for the Accommodation Fee on the first night that becomes unused due to the shortening.
