(2) We are conducting thorough alcohol disinfection and cleaning of Property Facilities and equipment more meticulously than usual. (3) Acrylic boards will be installed at the front desk counter to prevent droplet infection. (4) Social distancing sheets are provided to maintain a 2-meter distance during check-in. ■ Measures for Staying Guests (1) We may check your health condition during check-in. (2) To avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings), paid breakfast services have been changed from buffet style to takeout style, and free breakfast services now provide bread in the lobby. Additionally, the free use of the breakfast lounge has been suspended. (3) To ensure safe use, disinfectant and disposable gloves are provided at various locations, including the welcome drink service, amenity BAR, pillow BAR, vending machines, and laundry rooms. ■ Measures for Employees (1) Employees are required to wear masks. (2) Employees' health conditions (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) are checked upon arrival at work. If they have a fever of 37.5°C or higher and symptoms such as coughing, they are instructed to stay at home. Temperature checks are also strictly enforced. (3) Employees are required to disinfect their hands using alcohol-based sanitizers installed in offices and other areas upon entry. (4) Employees are encouraged to wash their hands and gargle before starting work, after using the restroom, and before meals. (5) Non-essential business trips are canceled, and employees are advised to refrain from or postpone overseas travel. (6) Staggered working hours are implemented where possible. ■ Requests to Guests (1) To prevent droplet infection, we kindly ask guests to wear masks when visiting the Property. If you are not wearing a mask, please cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or handkerchief. (2) To ensure safe use of the Facility, hand sanitizers are installed throughout the Property, and we ask for your cooperation in using them. We also encourage frequent handwashing and gargling.
