  • Exceeded expectations and very comfortable!

    Every year, I go skiing with my brother's family who lives in Hokkaido. This year, we decided to visit Kamui Ski Links! After researching hotels around Asahikawa Station, we chose WBF Grande because it has an Onsen. The room was convenient with a separate toilet, sink, and bath area isolated from the bedroom. The beds were Simmons and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The bath area offered many types of baths; the electric bath, carbonated bath, and cold bath were especially great for relieving fatigue. The coin-operated drink service was also helpful. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that there are only two coin laundry machines available. I hope this can be improved in the future—at least providing baskets for transferring unattended laundry would be appreciated.Other than that, it was a highly satisfying hotel experience that I’d love to use again! Thank you for your hospitality!

  • A natural Onsen is wonderful.

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to the station and has a natural Onsen. It was during the Snow Festival season, so there were many international travelers. The Onsen was not too crowded, and I could use it comfortably. However, the water felt lukewarm overall, so you need to soak for a while to warm up properly.Breakfast was also not very crowded, and I was able to eat smoothly.
