●As part of our SDGs efforts, plastic amenities (toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, body towel, cotton swabs, mouthwash, shaving cream) are not provided in guest rooms. Please pick up what you need at the 5F front desk.
●Our staff regularly disinfects and sanitizes frequently touched areas with alcohol-based disinfectant, including buttons in the lobby and public areas, elevators, and breakfast venue; handrails; counters; chairs; tables; vending machines; and the coin laundry.
●Depending on your arrival time, you may be asked to wait at the front desk.
●Room keys are disinfected individually before being handed to guests.
●If you are feeling unwell, please inform our staff immediately.
We can lend you a thermometer and provide information on nearby hospitals.
●In-room glasses and mugs are replaced with sanitized items.
If you would like disposable cups, please contact the front desk.
●Pajamas, towels, and linens are provided freshly laundered.
●Indoor air quality in the building and guest rooms is maintained in accordance with the Building Sanitation Law.
Guest rooms are ventilated 24 hours a day to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.
●Staff are on duty 24 hours a day.
●Guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or headache may be asked not to use the breakfast venue.
