About a 2-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station. A stylish and comfortable city Hotel.
A Hotel just 5 minutes by train to "Shibuya Station," offering a peaceful stay. The simple and serene guest rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy an enriching journey based in the friendly and vibrant environment of "Sangenjaya."
This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
The staff, including the cleaning team, were very pleasant, and overall I am satisfied. I was happy to find amenities like lotion provided. However, I had some issues with the Facility. It might have been just the Room I stayed in, but no matter how many times I tried to fix the shower curtain with hot water, it kept moving and touching my skin every few seconds, which was unpleasant (likely due to the position of the ventilation system). It was fine when I turned off the shower. Additionally, vibrations from nearby Room doors opening and closing were very noticeable. While some noise is expected, it's rare for it to resonate this much in a Hotel. Also, there is no ramp at the building entrance—only stairs (about 10 steps)—so guests with heavy luggage should be aware of this. That said, considering its location and convenience overall, it’s a very practical Hotel. If I'm looking for accommodation nearby again in the future, I would consider staying here again.
