    When visiting or sending luggage in advance, please double-check the hotel name and address.

    ■ Room air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the building.
    Switching between cooling and heating for individual rooms is not available. *Currently, heating is in operation.

    ■ If your arrival time will be delayed by more than 2 hours, please make sure to contact us.
    Without prior notice, your room may be offered to other guests without warning.

    ■ For children under school age (below elementary school), one Child Sharing Existing Bedding per adult (per bed) is allowed.
