I have stayed at APA Hotels in Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, and Hiroshima before, but this was my first time staying in Sendai. As the title suggests, everything was perfect. The large public bath on the second floor is a great feature. I rated customer service 3 points only because I had minimal interaction with staff; otherwise, it would be a perfect score. Although it was my first visit to Sendai in over ten years and the weather wasn't ideal, I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay here again if given the chance. Thank you!
The location was convenient and easy to use, being close to the station. The room was well-cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. Although there was one shower in the large public bath where it was difficult to get hot water, the bath itself was at a comfortable temperature and was nice. This time, I chose a plan without breakfast, but next time I would like to opt for a plan that includes breakfast.
