Canal City Fukuoka Washington Hotel, celebrating its 30th anniversary this April, will reopen after renovation on September 1, 2026, to provide an even more comfortable stay for all guests. In this renovation, inspired by Canal City Hakata’s concept of “a city theater,” the design incorporates five motifs found throughout Canal City Hakata: water, valley, greenery, sun, and stars. In addition, we will introduce self check-in/check-out kiosks and a self-service cloakroom exclusively for guests, as well as card key–activated elevators to enhance both convenience and security during your stay.

  • The service at this Hotel was excellent.

    The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available.Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The location was a bit hard to find, but there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again.
