  • It was very comfortable.

    Services I appreciated included a hot towel at check-in, complimentary drinks (the onion soup was delicious for my tired body), alcohol and snacks, separate pajama set, the Ladies’ Plan (foot massager, amenities, ReFa shower head, late check-out), and the morning newspaper…In addition, since my hands were full with drinks, it was helpful to have a place to set luggage in front of the door on the ladies’ floor. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were placed in convenient locations, making it very comfortable. The other guests were pleasant as well; even in the small complimentary-drink area and in the elevators, everyone was considerate.If I could ask for just one improvement: the duvet sheet was simply tucked in rather than fully enclosed, so it slipped easily and raised hygiene concerns.Sleep is important to me, so if the duvet were fully covered by a sheet cover type, I would like to stay again.

    As scaffolding was set up outside the window due to ongoing construction, I can’t comment on the view, but the room was clean and well equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks were great—especially in the evening, when alcohol was also available (apparently for a limited time)—and I enjoyed some wine and slept well. The service was excellent, and everyone was kind. It’s also close to the station, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Tachikawa.
