Located in the heart of Miyazaki city, this location is highly convenient for business and shopping. The interior is unified with a calming brown color scheme to relieve travel fatigue.
Although it is a Business Hotel, the staff provided exceptional service that truly reflects JAL's standards, making for a very pleasant stay. The Room was not spacious but compactly arranged, so it did not feel cramped. However, there was dust behind the desk lamp, and while it's a minor detail, more thorough cleaning would be appreciated. There was a slight delay due to parking machine trouble upon departure, but the staff's polite response left a positive impression. I look forward to staying again.
ゆし2009 12/21/2025The Hotel itself is not very large, but its excellent location and compact yet fully equipped facilities as a Business Hotel make for a comfortable stay. Most notably, the quality of the breakfast is outstanding, significantly enhancing its appeal. The impressive buffet selection and the warm hospitality of the staff made me want to return.
