■Enhanced COVID-19 Prevention Measures for a Safer Stay■ At our Hotel, we have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Leveraging the strength of being part of a group that includes a professional cleaning management company, we carry out thorough disinfection—beyond what is typically included in standard room cleaning—in all guest rooms, as well as in shared areas such as the lobby and check-in counter. In addition to basic sanitizing, we are taking Hotel-wide precautions such as adjusting restaurant seating layouts based on social distancing guidelines and ensuring thorough ventilation, so that guests can enjoy an even safer and more comfortable stay. ■Guest Room Cleaning Our cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning. All tea cups and glasses in guest rooms have been replaced with disposable paper cups. A disinfectant/deodorizing spray is provided in every guest room for guest use. We ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning. For frequently touched surfaces listed below, we disinfect by wiping with a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant: (Wiped areas) Door handles, bathroom, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables, various remote controls, telephones ■Cleaning of Shared Areas Frequently touched areas such as elevator buttons and door handles are regularly wiped down with a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for sanitation. We ensure regular ventilation by measures such as keeping automatic doors open. ■Restaurant and Other Shared Areas For areas such as the smoking room and coin laundry, we set limits on the number of users at one time to prevent crowding. Seating is arranged to maintain distance between guests in accordance with social distancing guidelines. If buffet-style meals are offered, guests are required to wear masks. (Masks will be provided to guests who do not have one.) Disposable gloves are also available upon request. ■Requests to Guests At check-in, we will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer.
