Disappointed with the lack of hospitality and service.

The service and food did not match the price. - At check-in, the front desk staff took a long time to appear even after being called, with no apology for the wait. The same happened at check-out, leaving a bad impression. - The Bhutanese woman who guided us to our Room was kind and explained everything earnestly. - Dinner started at 6:30 PM, but there were long waits between dishes (about 20 minutes), and we finished eating at 9:10 PM. - During dinner, explanations about the French cuisine were delayed. When we asked to order drinks while someone came twice just for explanations, they responded angrily with "I will explain the dishes first; drinks can wait." - Breakfast was disappointing as well—Japanese set meals had side dishes already served but rice and soup took 30 minutes to arrive, seemingly forgotten without any apology. Western set meals also required repeated reminders before being served. The quality of food was underwhelming overall. - Traveling with our dog as a family was enjoyable thanks to well-prepared pet care amenities that exceeded expectations! - Everyone loved the Room—it was beautiful with modern appliances, new and clean interiors, plus a private pool that we fully enjoyed. - Staff from overseas worked hard and sincerely assisted us throughout our stay; however, one Japanese trainee apologized on departure saying "We are sorry for all the mistakes," while an experienced-looking receptionist consistently left a negative impression. There seemed to be too many trainees which felt unsettling despite excellent Facilities. For nearly ¥400,000 per night stay combined with poor hospitality standards and subpar dining experiences—we would not return again. It was meant as a birthday trip for our child but frequent unpleasant moments dampened everyone's spirits significantly.
