    Karuizawa 365 is a Vacation Rental offered as an entire Facility rental.
    As we are unable to provide services equivalent to a Hotel concierge, we cannot accommodate same-day requests such as adding optional services.
    If you are seeking full Hotel-style service, this may not meet your expectations, so please make a Reservation only after understanding our service scope.

    We will email you in advance with instructions for the check-in reception location, so please be sure to check your email.
    Check-in is conducted in person at a location slightly away from the Facility. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Please enjoy a “private villa-style” stay with exclusive use of our spacious 350-tsubo (approx. 1,157 m²) property in Karuizawa.
    After your Reservation, please be sure to read the email we will send separately regarding Facility details, how to use it, amenities, etc., as well as the information book placed in the living room.

    Due to local regulations in Karuizawa, outdoor activities are restricted after 9:00 PM. Please refrain from BBQs, bonfires, and similar activities after 9:00 PM.
    Please remember that you are staying in a quiet villa neighborhood and spend your evenings calmly and quietly.
