Guests can experience the charm of Kanazawa's traditional townhouses and the city's rich traditions during their stay. All townhouses are equipped with cypress bathtubs in their bathrooms. Each of the four townhouses features unique designs and layouts, offering options such as kitchens and washer-dryers for medium to long-term stays, or spacious bathrooms with double sinks to suit your style of stay. Each townhouse can accommodate up to four guests. 1. As the Property is a historic wooden structure, the use of fire and smoking are strictly prohibited within the Facility.
2. Since this is a private townhouse rental, staff are not stationed on-site. However, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please rest assured that we will respond promptly in case of emergencies.
3. This Property is a renovated townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. It is adjacent to other buildings, and there are residents living in the surrounding area. We kindly ask for your special consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on the usage of the Facility, we may request improvements in how it is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the Property. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
5. Details regarding the check-in process will be sent to you after you Complete the Reservation.
6. This Property is a licensed accommodation under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoos are provided, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even for a single night.
7. All equipment and furnishings within the Facility are available for free use. However, as traditional fittings and antique furniture are used as part of the interior, some items may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
8. In the event of damage or malfunction, please report it to us immediately. Minor damages will be repaired at our expense. However, if the damage is deemed significant and costly to repair, you may be required to cover the actual cost, regardless of whether it was intentional or accidental.
