We enjoyed the feeling of staying in a villa in Karuizawa. The nearly new room and authentic villa-style building were especially appreciated by our family and our beloved dog. The surrounding restaurants are excellent, and the sound of the Shinkansen was not bothersome at all. This is a highly recommended accommodation.
PAGU 6/25/2025The accommodation was very clean, and the facilities and amenities were well-prepared. Even though I tend to be a bit of a cleanliness enthusiast, I was able to relax without any concerns. The towels, bedding, and tableware were so clean that they seemed brand new. Even small details like the toilet paper had a soft texture instead of being cheap—such a nice touch! The location was quiet, with supermarkets, an onsen, Harunire Terrace, and more just a short drive away. It was our pet's first trip, so we were slightly worried at first but found them relaxed as well. This is definitely an accommodation we’d love to use again if we have the chance. It’s very pet-friendly! There were also materials introducing nearby shops available in the facility. It would be great if there could be recommendations for pet-friendly places too.Thank you for everything!
