What if there was a beach in Paris, France... That idea inspired the creation of THE HOUSE Koajiro marina suite. Location: "Koajiro, Miura City." Koajiro is located in the Aburatsubo area, a well-known villa district in Miura City. The transparency of the sea here is truly remarkable. You can always see yachts anchored, gracefully enjoying the beauty of the sea. Standing atop the hill of Koajiro is THE HOUSE Koajiro marina suite. This is an exceptionally luxurious building, even among the other THE HOUSE properties. The concept is "What if PARIS had a beach?" Originally, this building was constructed with exposed concrete. Everything about it was stylish, masculine, simple, and modern. It resembled a grand mansion you might find in Tokyo's Setagaya area. That was the image of the building. We wondered if we could add more natural, gentle, and resort-like relaxing elements to this symbol of "luxury" in a capitalist sense. What came to mind was the beach project held along the Seine River in Paris. A white sandy beach suddenly appears amidst the classic cityscape. It’s a space where modernity, classic charm, and resort vibes harmonize beautifully, creating an exciting and enchanting atmosphere! That’s where the concept began. This property is limited to three groups per day. Each of the three Rooms offers a unique way to enjoy your stay. Who will you go with? What will you do? What kind of time will you spend? You can choose based on these questions. Please enjoy a new luxurious experience in Koajiro.

  • An accommodation you'll want to revisit again and again.

    The furniture and room ambiance are all stylish, and the staff are friendly, making this an accommodation I would love to visit again. Although the shabu-shabu stove stopped working during dinner, they promptly brought a new one when contacted, which was very reassuring. Their reliable handling of issues is one of the reasons I want to return. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great this time, so I hope to visit again on a sunny day.

  • A perfect place to visit anytime.

    We have been using this accommodation for family trips for several years. After my father passed away, I was able to visit this memorable place with friends for the first time in about two years. The facility has been upgraded since our last stay, making it very comfortable.There is now a private sauna, and the projector has been updated as well. The staff's hospitality remains as kind and heartfelt as ever, allowing us to enjoy a very satisfying 2-night, 3-day stay with our beloved 18-year-old dog. We are truly grateful.The scenery is beautiful, and overall, this place offers value beyond its price.In November, we will also be staying at your Hayama location. It will be our first time there, so we are really looking forward to it!

  • Deck under the spiral staircase of Pool and Cave

    Vacation Rental / Typhoons / Rockfalls, etc.

    The rockfall issue on the spiral staircase in the Pool and Cave Suite has been fully addressed. Thank you for your patience. We have installed a sturdier rockfall shield and extended the deck forward as much as possible to help reduce the chance of contact, so you can enjoy it more comfortably.
    The spiral staircase itself has a significant height difference and can be challenging both going down and coming up, but we encourage you to use it. Please note that rockfall cannot be completely controlled, so use is at your own risk.

    This Accommodation is not a Hotel or Ryokan; it is a Vacation Rental. As this is a Room rental, after we explain the Room at check-in, there are no concierge or similar services. Guests seeking Hotel-style services may not be satisfied; please refrain from making a Reservation. Also, if you plan to use all three Rooms, separate Reservations are required for each Room. Please note this is not an entire-building rental.

    Facilities and equipment vary by Room. After your Reservation, please be sure to read the FAQ URL provided in our email regarding Facility details, how to use them, amenities (we provide only essential items), and nearby supermarkets. If you have any questions after your Reservation, we can assist by email or phone.

    As we are located directly in front of the ocean, we perform ongoing maintenance against salt damage; however, in case of Facility issues caused by natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy rain, or typhoons, restoration may not be immediate. In such cases, we may have no choice but to Cancel the Reservation. We may offer guidance to other affiliated Accommodations or nearby Accommodations, or ask you to Change the Reservation to different dates. Unlike typical Hotels, we have only three Rooms and therefore no alternative Rooms available on-site.

    Please understand in advance that if Facility use becomes impossible due to such force majeure circumstances, we cannot provide compensation for damages under any circumstances.

    Regarding the decision to remove the sauna from the entire property

    Regarding the poolside sauna at the Pool and Cave Suite and, depending on the Plan, the sauna at the Roof TOP LOUNGE,
    an urgent recall of the sauna heater occurred and use was suspended.
    Within this month, we will temporarily remove the units and review the Facility.

    We have already contacted guests with existing Reservations; we appreciate your understanding if you are making a new Reservation.

    The view bath and BBQ facilities at the Roof TOP LOUNGE remain available as usual. If you wish to use BBQ, please choose a Plan with BBQ or request it as an optional add-on. (For Pool and Cave Suite guests, BBQ equipment can be added as an option on your terrace. If you select a Plan that includes ingredients, no optional add-on is required.)

The only shared area is the courtyard. If three groups are checking in or out at the same time, you may be asked to wait in your Room or in your car. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. As a COVID-19 precaution, we ask all guests to have their temperature checked and use alcohol hand sanitizer upon entering. We also disinfect and sanitize with alcohol during cleaning.

By car: Exit the Miura-Jukan Expressway at Hayashi Interchange and head toward Aburatsubo. Turn right shortly before the former Aburatsubo Marine Park. (Look for a small café on the right called “IS Cafe,” with a large parking lot just before it. Turn right onto the road just before the parking lot, then turn left at the end of the road.)

By public transportation: From Keikyu Misakiguchi Station, take a bus bound for Aburatsubo and get off at “Aburatsubo.” It is a 3-minute walk from there.
