3. We ensure thorough information sharing if there is any suspicion of infection among staff's close contacts, including family members.
4. All staff wear masks during commuting and working hours and sanitize their hands regularly.
5. During check-in procedures, staff sanitize their hands without fail and request guests to do the same upon entering the room; this also applies after handling cash or other exchanges.

1. Alcohol disinfection is thoroughly conducted during regular room cleaning sessions.
2. High-touch areas such as door handles, remote controls, switches, etc., are given extra attention with alcohol disinfection.

4. Regular ventilation of the facility is carried out.
