The bathtub is designed lower than the floor level, allowing a clear view of the ocean even from the sink. The outdoor bath and pool are placed at floor level when viewed from the bedroom, ensuring an unobstructed view. When soaking in the pool or open-air bath, you can feel a sense of unity as the water surface aligns with the ocean horizon. Except for the terrace doors, single-pane windows were chosen to enhance your experience of breathtaking scenery.

Inspired by the beauty of Santorini in the Aegean Sea, our owner traveled the world to recreate that enchanting atmosphere and was captivated by Kouri Island, where this retreat was built. We have eliminated straight lines and incorporated gentle curves. The corners are finished with rounded edges, creating a warm and calming atmosphere. The living room ceiling is designed to be exceptionally high, almost like an atrium, offering an outstanding sense of openness.
