In cases where it is difficult for the Facility to accept guests due to damage caused by a typhoon or similar events.
As the Accommodation is located right in front of the ocean, we carry out maintenance as needed to prevent salt damage; however,
in the event of Facility issues caused by disasters such as strong winds, heavy rain, or typhoons,
restoration may not be possible immediately.
In such cases, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation.
We may introduce other affiliated Accommodations or nearby Accommodations,
or ask you to change your stay to a different date.
Unlike a typical Hotel, this is an entire home rental, so no alternative Room is available.
If you are unable to use the Facility due to such force majeure circumstances,
please note that we cannot provide compensation for damages under any circumstances.
