Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay

The staff's hospitality was excellent, and the meals were satisfying. We had a wonderful time during our 3-day stay. My mother was also very pleased, and we will definitely come again!

We stayed as a large group this time.We made Reservations for four Rooms, and it was very helpful that they connected them in pairs.At check-in, we were told that two Rooms were out of order and could not be connected, but when we spoke to the staff member who had connected the other two Rooms, they kindly unlocked them for us.The age of the Rooms and Facilities is noticeable, but considering the price, it was not an issue at all.However, noise from the hallway and from the Rooms above and below was quite loud, and we didn’t get much sleep.We chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included; everything was very delicious, and our children were very satisfied.We also really appreciated that they lent us dedicated tongs for our child with allergies.As for the BBQ dinner, there was a lot of smoke—everyone’s eyes hurt badly.They opened a window for us, but people sitting nearby felt cold and closed it right away, so the smoke built up again. We couldn’t eat comfortably.Despite various issues, I think it’s rare to find an oceanfront Hotel with everything included at this price.We heard it will be rebranded under Marriott in the future, so stays at such a great value may not be possible anymore—but we would like to stay again.
