The staff's warm and attentive service from the moment we checked in made our stay incredibly enjoyable for both us and our children. (We are especially grateful for their flexibility in arranging mountain climbing bento boxes.) We stayed for three nights, and every day we were treated to a different menu featuring the abundant seafood and mountain delicacies unique to Yakushima and Kagoshima, making each meal a delightful experience. After trekking to Jomon Sugi and Taikoiwa, the natural Onsen provided ultimate relaxation for both body and mind. The well-stocked amenities, along with the impeccably clean facilities throughout the property, ensured a comfortable stay from start to finish. It was such a wonderful trip that we can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much to all the staff!
