Measures Against COVID-19 (2020/3/4) Thank you for your continued patronage. To prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, our Property has implemented the following measures: 【For Guests Visiting the Property】 ・Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the Property. ・We kindly ask you to check your temperature on the day of your stay. 　※If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, fatigue, or other symptoms, we may decline your stay. ・If you experience fever, coughing, or any other symptoms, or feel unwell during your stay, please inform the front desk immediately. ・Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when entering dining venues (restaurants, banquet halls). 【Check-in, Check-out, and Front Desk Counter】 ・A vinyl curtain has been installed at the check-in counter to prevent droplet transmission. ・The check-in counter is regularly cleaned and wiped down with alcohol-based disinfectant. ・Payments will be handled using a tray for exchange. ・Markers have been placed in waiting areas during check-in and check-out to ensure social distancing. 【For Staff】 ・All staff members measure their temperature before reporting to work, and those with a fever of 37°C or higher are prohibited from working. ・Front desk and dining venue staff wear masks while preparing and serving guests. ・Staff wear disposable gloves when preparing meals and may also wear them when serving meals to guests. Thank you for your understanding. ・Staff are required to wash hands and gargle frequently, including upon arrival, after going out, before meals, and during breaks. ・Alcohol-based sanitizer is placed at the staff entrance, and staff are required to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting. ・Staff are instructed to refrain from non-essential outings both during and outside of working hours. ・Staff monitor the health of their family members, and if a family member is unwell, the staff member is prohibited from working. 【Dining Venues and Meal Service】 ・All staff sanitize their hands with alcohol-based disinfectant when serving meals. ・Meals prepared in advance on tables are covered with plastic wrap to prevent droplet transmission. 【Measures in the Public Bath】 ・To maintain distance between guests, certain changing baskets in the dressing room are marked as unavailable. ・Saunas, which are difficult to ventilate and pose a higher risk of infection, are temporarily closed. ・We kindly ask guests to rinse areas such as faucet knobs, shower handles, wash basins, stools, and amenity bottles with hot water after use. 【Measures in Public Spaces】 ・High-touch areas in shared spaces (lobby, restrooms, dining venues, public baths, shops, game corners, karaoke rooms, late-night snack areas, vending machines, etc.) are regularly disinfected. 【Cleaning Within the Property】 ・High-touch areas throughout the Property (door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.) are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizers. ・Sanitized slippers are provided in guest rooms.
