  • Stylish and comfortable

    This was my first stay. Since the Room had been newly renovated, everything—including the bathroom facilities—was clean, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt perfectly cozy and easy to relax in, and not only were the colors and interior stylish, but the spacious bathroom and vanity area were also very comfortable. I also had breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety—from stylish Greek yogurt and acai options to a seafood rice bowl. I’d love to make another Reservation!

  • The breakfast is excellent.

    Because it was a weekday, the breakfast buffet was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal in a lovely restaurant atmosphere. The menu included miso soup and a seafood rice bowl for Japanese options; potage soup and bagel sandwiches for Western options; and desserts such as acai with fruit, plus pancakes. Thoughtful touches were evident—for example, the oranges were already peeled. There were also curry, rice porridge, and Danish pastries. The drinks were great too, and the coffee was quite tasty. As someone who really enjoys breakfast, I was very satisfied. I also enjoyed the view from my Room, and the staff were kind and helpful.

THE MARK GRAND Hotel was designed as a space where architecture and art come together in harmony with the beautiful surroundings. In March 2022, it reopened after renovation—formerly Rafre Saitama—as THE MARK GRAND Hotel, and has since been loved as an urban landmark.

The nearest station to the Hotel, “Saitama-Shintoshin Station,” is one stop from Omiya and a convenient 30-minute direct ride from Tokyo with no transfers required. Around the station, a covered pedestrian deck connects major facilities such as Saitama Super Arena, allowing you to move around comfortably without getting wet even on rainy days.

Guest Room floors are located on the 9th floor and above. Enjoy an open, luxurious stay with panoramic views of the Shintoshin skyline outside your window. Some Rooms offer a train view of Saitama-Shintoshin Station, while others overlook Saitama Super Arena. Our recommendation is the “Grand Floor,” located on the 9th, 13th, and 14th floors.
