[Kanazawa Suju] “Beef Sukiyaki Hot Pot Course” Featuring Noto Beef and Spring Vegetables
At “Shokudokoro Kanazawa Suju,” we offer dinner courses prepared with seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce.
From Wednesday, April 1 to Tuesday, June 30, we will be serving “Noto Beef and Spring Vegetables Sukiyaki.”
“Noto Beef” is certified only when it meets strict production standards under rigorous quality control.
We have prepared this rare Noto beef—carefully raised in Ishikawa’s beautiful natural environment—in a beef sukiyaki hot pot.
Suju’s chefs complete the course with appetizers featuring Hokuriku ingredients and Kaga regional specialties.
Gather around the sukiyaki hot pot of Noto beef and local spring vegetables, and enjoy a delicious time together.
