In 2025, Rosewood will make its debut in Japan on Miyako Island, surrounded by the vibrant "Miyako Blue" sea and white sandy beaches. This marks a new frontier in ultra-luxury, redefining the concept of luxury. With warm temperatures around 20°C even in winter, Miyako Island offers a pleasant climate year-round, making it an ideal destination for resort stays at any time. Villas and infinity pools located on the cape provide breathtaking views where the sea and sky blend seamlessly together, offering an extraordinary experience immersed in unparalleled beauty.
The 55 villas, including three houses designed by Studio Piet Boon led by Dutch designer Piet Boon, blend Japanese modern minimalism with the texture of Ryukyu limestone to create a serene and harmonious space. All villas offer ocean views and are equipped with private pools. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by nature.
Breakfast is served at the authentic Italian restaurant "NAGI." Enjoy a buffet featuring freshly baked bread, tarts, fresh vegetables, and fruits, along with Japanese set meals incorporating local ingredients such as mozuku seaweed and island tofu.
