An accommodation with a corridor surrounding a Japanese garden and tatami flooring throughout the entire facility.

Tsuruyais a Property with tatami flooring throughout the entire building. Due to the development of the tea ceremony during the Azuchi-Momoyama period, tatami began to cover entire Rooms, and Japanese people started to sit in the seiza position. In addition to the tea ceremony, other traditional Japanese arts such as calligraphy, flower arrangement, and judo, all of which include the concept of "Do" (the way), have a deep connection with tatami. Tatami is considered the foundation that shaped the spirit of the Japanese people. Space, cuisine, and hospitality. A Ryokan is a place where you can enjoy the beauty of Japan's four seasons in every corner. Stepping inside, even if it is your first visit, you will feel a sense of nostalgia and a special, calming atmosphere. The interior features a corridor design surrounding a Japanese garden, allowing you to view the garden from various spots. Enjoy the texture of tatami under your bare feet or socks and spend a relaxing moment.

  • From the Shuttle Service to the station onward, the service was excellent, and when we arrived at the Accommodation, every staff member welcomed us with warm smiles and kind hospitality that truly warmed our hearts. The in-room Onsen could be enjoyed anytime we liked, and even the washing area was well heated, which surprised us. The meals in the dining room were delicious, and we fully enjoyed both warm and cold seasonal dishes. The menu was thoughtfully planned—everything was delicious. The next day, we had time before our flight and spent some time at the Hotel; they were happy to accommodate us without any sign of inconvenience, which really helped.

  • We stayed here on a girls’ trip, and everything was excellent—from the staff’s hospitality at the Ryokan to the Room, as well as dinner and breakfast. After checkout, we also appreciated the Shuttle Service to the station.Since we only stayed for one night this time, my friends and I were saying we’d love to stay again.
