I stayed on a weekday at the end of January, and it even snowed at night and settled a little, so I was able to see the snow-covered water garden—something quite rare. This time as well, I fully enjoyed the highly creative French cuisine that made the most of seasonal and local ingredients, along with distinctive wines thoughtfully paired by the sommelier. The Room is a little separate, so it can be cold to walk there at night or early in the morning, but it was a comfortable space to stay in and I was able to relax and take my time.

The meals were delicate and very delicious.The Room was full of the warmth of wood and had a bath, so I could relax and enjoy it many times. On the morning of departure, a monkey appeared on the balcony and surprised me. Surrounded by nature, I was able to spend a relaxing time at the Hotel.

Each dish is crafted with unique sourcing born from close relationships with producers and delicate techniques that highlight freshness. Savor the special flavors of the day paired with carefully selected wines, and enjoy a truly indulgent and relaxing time. *The restaurant serves dinner/breakfast exclusively for guests using "AUBERGE." Guests staying under "B&B" Plans are not included but may dine at the restaurant for dinner if space is available. Please contact the Facility directly for details.
The "Water Garden" can only be experienced at "Nasu Muku no Oto." This magnificent creation is the result of meticulous calculations and delicate sensibilities by architect Junya Ishigami.
