  • It’s brand new, so it feels great.

    After staying at Mirage for two nights, we chose this place for the final day. The view was excellent, it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ve stayed at many Hotels across the whole country, but I usually can’t sleep well and had almost given up—so I was surprised that I slept soundly at both Mirage properties. The cart was a bit difficult until we got used to it because the roads were hard to follow, but it was a lot of fun. Since we had a rental car, I didn’t think we needed it much, but I wish we had used it from the first day. All the staff were kind; the only disappointment was the lounge.

  • Miyakojima Golf Trip

    We stayed for three nights at Shigira Mirage Beachfront in the Premier Suite, 2-Bedroom Ocean View.Our trips to Miyakojima are mainly for golf, and Shigira Resort has excellent access from all three golf courses.This time, the three of us stayed with our daughter. When traveling as a group of three, we always hope for two toilets, and this Room had everything we wanted—two toilets with a washing machine included. Since it is quite expensive, we used discounts and hometown tax donations.Both the Room and the service were outstanding. Tempura Tensho was delicious. The next day at Turtle Bay, we didn’t have a course Reservation, so it took quite a while. Looking around, food service seemed slow overall as well, so there may be room for improvement. For that reason, I rated dining 4 stars. However, breakfast at Turtle Bay was great.We would love to stay here again for another golf trip.
