I’ve stayed at many luxury Hotels, but this was by far the most wonderful Hotel I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived at the Accommodation to the warm send-off when we left, everything was truly first-class hospitality, and we were deeply impressed.We stayed in the Dragon Wing, and our 3-year-old had an amazing time playing in the pool directly connected to our Room—even in midwinter. The flow from the pool to the Onsen was also excellent; it was perfect to get out of the pool and go straight into the Onsen.Dinner was outstanding—the Kumano beef sirloin steak was incredible!! The kaiseki meal had such generous portions that we were completely full, but absolutely satisfied. The half-buffet breakfast was also very filling, but the grilled seafood and meat were so delicious that I ended up eating enough for lunch too (lol).Grandpa and Grandma were delighted as well, and it became a wonderful family trip. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much for everything.
Marron52 2/14/2026Perfect experience. The pool accessible directly from the Room was amazing, with areas suitable for children to play and deeper sections for swimming. I’d love to visit again during a warmer season. Despite it being a time when year-end ingredients are hard to obtain, the meals were satisfying. The local sake from Wakayama was also excellent. The smiles of all the staff were truly wonderful as well.
