~Izumo, Encounters, Kararako~ In Izumo, where deities from the whole country gather during the "Kamiarizuki" month, we welcome our guests with the same spirit of hospitality extended to these divine visitors. This hotel is named "Kararako" (神等楽来) to reflect this heartfelt desire. We present dishes that embrace Japan and Izumo's traditional culture and seasonal ingredients on carefully selected tableware that reflects pure creativity. • Everything was outstanding—the cuisine, hospitality, and Facility. The dining experience in particular was wonderful. Each dish was carefully prepared using local ingredients, and I couldn’t wait for the next course to arrive. The staff who served the meal also offered helpful advice on drinks and provided thorough explanations of each dish, so even as a solo female traveler I was able to enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was delicious as well.If I have the chance to visit Izumo again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
