Our restaurant's head chef trained for many years under a master at Kyoto's Michelin-starred kappo restaurant "Higashiyama Yoshitoku," which earned one star in 2019 and 2023. Enjoy a unique dining experience tailored to your preferences and health needs. We present dishes that embrace Japan and Izumo's traditional culture and seasonal ingredients on carefully selected tableware that reflects pure creativity.   • We had an amazing time.

    Everything was outstanding—the cuisine, hospitality, and Facility.The dining experience in particular was wonderful. Each dish was carefully prepared using local ingredients, and I couldn’t wait for the next course to arrive. The staff who served the meal also offered helpful advice on drinks and provided thorough explanations of each dish, so even as a solo female traveler I was able to enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was delicious as well.If I have the chance to visit Izumo again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

  • As expected of a Japanese auberge!

    While looking for an Accommodation with great dining for our trip to Izumo Taisha, we came across “Wa Auberge Kandoraku,” which ranks highly in IKYU Reviews.As expected from a top-ranked property, the quality of the meals was outstanding, and it made for a very satisfying trip.Drinks in the refrigerator were also included in the room rate,which felt like a great value.
