  • As we ended up checking in at night, the breathtaking night view overlooking all the way to Tokyo Bay when we entered the Room was truly spectacular. Of course, the surprise was a great success as well. Dinner was at a really delicious Italian restaurant, and we were very satisfied. For breakfast, we had a Japanese meal in the Room, and it was very tasty with just the right amount. We would definitely like to stay again.

  • This is our third stay at this accommodation for our annual anniversary. After each visit, we receive an email requesting feedback, and while we are always very satisfied, we have also shared minor points with high expectations for such a luxury hotel. Not only have these been addressed, but further improvements in service can be seen throughout the property, showing continuous evolution. It’s clear that they sincerely value feedback from various guests. The presence of an excellent concierge is also a significant strength. This remains the perfect and ideal romantic hotel to celebrate our anniversary every year.
