In public spaces within the Hotel, we have increased the frequency of disinfection for high-touch areas and have placed disinfectant solutions at multiple locations for guest use.
- Disinfection of high-touch areas such as pens, cash trays, counters, elevator buttons, etc.
- Removal of some sofas and disinfection of the remaining sofas
- Installation of protective guards at counters or staff wearing face shields in face-to-face interactions
- Use of cash trays for handling money and cards instead of direct hand-to-hand exchange
- Ensuring proper ventilation

We provide hygienic guest room spaces by thoroughly disinfecting high-touch areas during cleaning and ensuring air circulation through the room's air conditioning system.

- Mandatory mask-wearing during commuting and working hours
- Thorough hand disinfection at employee entrances, frequent handwashing, disinfection, and gargling during work
- Mandatory temperature checks before reporting to work; employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or feeling unwell are required to stay home
- Reporting the health condition of cohabiting family members
- Regular disinfection and ventilation of offices and shared Facilities
- Adjusting layouts in employee cafeterias and break rooms to maintain distance between employees, avoid face-to-face seating, and limit the number of people

- Please cooperate with temperature checks upon entering the Property. (Guests with high fever or feeling unwell may be asked to refrain from using the Facility.)
- Please wear masks, disinfect your hands, and maintain social distancing.
- Guests staying overnight may be asked about their previous travel destinations.
- For group visits, we kindly ask for one representative to handle check-in and check-out.
- If you feel unwell while using the Property's Facilities, please inform us immediately.
