Our staff is committed to maintaining a safe environment so that all our guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind. - During check-in, we implement temperature checks and identity verification while taking infection prevention measures, such as avoiding direct face-to-face interactions. - We conduct temperature and health checks, and in cases of fever or cold symptoms, we will follow the instructions of the public health center, including on weekends, and take appropriate actions. - For the use of shared Facilities such as restaurants, we implement measures such as limiting the number of people and setting time restrictions to prevent overcrowding. - We regularly disinfect and ventilate shared spaces, including the lobby and guest rooms. - Before traveling, please check your health, including taking your temperature. If you have a fever or cold symptoms, please refrain from traveling. We also encourage the active use of contact tracing apps. - During your trip, please follow the "New Travel Etiquette" and avoid crowded places and Facilities as much as possible. - Please cooperate with our staff's instructions regarding temperature checks, identity verification, and other infection prevention measures. - We kindly ask you to avoid high-risk group travel or trips involving large banquets as much as possible. If such trips are necessary, please ensure thorough infection prevention measures are in place and enjoy your trip responsibly. 1. Thorough handwashing Staff will thoroughly wash their hands and use alcohol-based sanitizers upon reporting to work. 2. Disinfection of frequently touched areas We will regularly disinfect areas frequently touched by multiple people, such as doorknobs, telephones, cash registers, keyboards, and faucet handles. 3. Strict health monitoring Staff will undergo temperature checks upon reporting to work. Daily health monitoring will be conducted using a health check sheet, and staff will be required to stay home if they have a fever of 37.5°C or higher. 4. Regular ventilation We will regularly ventilate public spaces such as back offices, offices, guest rooms, and the lobby. 5. Cooperation with suppliers We request suppliers to follow the same preventive measures as our staff, including handwashing and alcohol disinfection upon entry. 1. Hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance. Please use them before check-in and upon returning from outside. Hand sanitizers are also available in elevators and on each floor. 2. Disinfection of Shuttle Service vehicles The Shuttle Service vehicles are disinfected regularly before and after guest use. 3. Disinfection and ventilation of guest rooms and public spaces Guest rooms and public spaces are disinfected, focusing on frequently touched areas, and are regularly ventilated during cleaning.
