Enjoy a supreme Onsen bathing experience in Yunokawa Onsen—one of Hokkaido’s three major hot spring resorts—with views of the Tsugaru Strait.

A Property to Fully Enjoy "Onsen and Cuisine" in Southern Hokkaido Yunokawa Onsen, one of Hokkaido's three major Onsen towns, is a renowned hot spring. The source of this Onsen is said to have been enjoyed by Matsumae Chikatsumaru, who later became the lord of the Matsumae Domain during the Edo period, and by Enomoto Takeaki, the leader of the former shogunate forces during the late Edo period. "Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen Umi to Akari / Hewitt Resort" is a Resort Hotel where you can experience the charm of the traditional Hakodate Yunokawa. The buffet-style dinner, featuring approximately 150 different dishes, offers one of the largest selections in Hokkaido.

  • This was my first stay. The Room layout was excellent (the bath and toilet are separate, and the washbasin area is spacious), so I was able to relax. Breakfast was also delicious—I ate too much, but there were still so many more dishes I wanted to try!I would definitely like to stay again, and I would recommend it to friends as well!
