Please make sure to check the following:
● About Meals
- Our meals include menus with shellfish and beef in soups and sauces.
It may be difficult to accommodate allergies or vegan requests.
Please note that we cannot accommodate preferences for disliked ingredients.
- Meat ingredients cannot be changed.
- For groups of 5 or more (2 rooms or more), please contact us by phone due to restaurant arrangements.
● Check-in/Check-out Information
- Due to facility disinfection, entry before 3:00 PM is not allowed.
- For guests with meal-inclusive plans, dinner starts at 6:00 PM, so please arrive by 5:30 PM.
- The latest check-in time varies depending on the plan; please confirm at the time of reservation.
- If you are late for your check-in time, meals may not be provided, and accommodation may not be possible in some cases.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- If you will arrive later than the final check-in time, please contact us without fail.
● Other Information
- Local Payment is cash only.
- This accommodation is for adults only; reservations including children under 12 years old will need to be canceled after Check Reservation.
- The entrance door locks at 10:00 PM for security reasons.
- Multiple Night Stay is not available at this accommodation.
- This property is not barrier-free; if you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance.
