My daughter's family was well taken care of. Not only during their stay from check-in to check-out but also with follow-up support after check-out, which deeply impressed my daughter. I would also love to stay at your accommodation when I visit Tokyo.
201259 8/30/2025This accommodation is currently popular among international guests, so there are fewer reviews from Japanese users on IKYU.com. The rating, which was once 4.5, has dropped to 4.1, prompting me to write this review. Paying over ¥130,000 per night for a no meals included stay is too expensive for most Japanese guests. My regular accommodations in Tokyo include five-star hotels selected by Forbes Travel Guide: The Okura Tokyo, Palace Hotel Tokyo, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, and Takanawa Hanakohro; as well as four-star hotels like Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi and Hotel Gajoen Tokyo. During the pandemic period, the rate at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was ¥50,000 per night with additional perks for repeat guests. For example, staying 25 times a year earned a free stay in a suite worth ¥1.5 million; staying 30 times earned one worth ¥3 million. Since I travel to Tokyo almost every week for business trips, achieving 30 stays was easy for me. At ¥50,000 per night over 30 nights (¥1.5 million), the value of the free suite voucher alone made it worthwhile financially. However, after the pandemic ended, prices surged threefold to around ¥150,000 per night without meals included and repeat guest benefits were discontinued. This eliminated any advantage of staying at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi since spending that amount could secure a club floor room with meals included at other five-star hotels instead.Forbes Travel Guide is well-structured; even from my perspective as an amateur reviewer of accommodations and services offered by four-star properties like Four Seasons cannot compare in terms of service quality or cost-performance ratio against five-stars counterparts mentioned earlier above hence why now only visit occasionally when rates drop lower significantly enough justify doing so again temporarily rather than regularly anymore these days overall though still appreciate staff familiarity built up during past years frequent visits totaling approximately hundred nights across three-year span previously wherein they greet personally recognize name basis provide excellent customer care including complimentary rides Ginza via hotel car sometimes despite high costs involved both lodging dining aspects ultimately deducting points accordingly here today nonetheless plan return future occasions sporadically moving forward ahead likewise similarly similarly

Introduction of the Accommodation

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, offering an unprecedented level of luxury
In the vibrant heart of Tokyo, where old and new blend in striking contrast, we offer an unparalleled luxury experience. Enjoy a luxurious setting with views of Mount Fuji in the distance and the Imperial Palace gardens below, and discover an extraordinary side of Tokyo.

Otemachi was transformed into today’s office district—second only to the Marunouchi area—through a rush of new building construction during Japan’s period of rapid economic growth. Ultra-modern skyscrapers line the streets, housing the headquarters of many major Japanese and multinational companies that drive the nation’s economy, as well as the head offices of five major newspaper companies that publish national newspapers across The whole country. Another highlight is its traces of the Edo period, including Otemon Gate—the main entrance to Edo Castle that gave Otemachi its name—and the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. In this way, vibrant Otemachi carries forward the energy and legacy of this historic area into the future.

Restaurant
Savor seasonal flavors in a variety of distinctive settings to suit your mood: est offers contemporary French cuisine crafted by a Michelin-starred chef; PIGNETO features an open-air terrace overlooking the Imperial Palace forest and a lively Italian dining experience; VIRTU is a bar inspired by the fusion of classic Paris and modern Tokyo; and THE LOUNGE serves tea-time menus with Japanese and French influences.

All five treatment rooms are private, offering a space to reconnect with yourself under the concept of “harmony of mind and body.” Using carefully selected Western-inspired products, we provide natural treatments.
