We were upgraded to a room with a stunning view of Mount Yotei. Dinner at Moliere Montagne was delightful, and we were very satisfied with the variety and high quality of both dinner and breakfast. Above all, the staff's hospitality and attentive service made for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.
ひーとたこ 11/7/2025This was my first stay. It is a very clean hotel with excellent hospitality. We enjoyed exploring the animals within the facility, using the gym and pool, and watching fireworks with the kids. The teppanyaki dinner had a great atmosphere and was extremely delicious. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that all the egg dishes at breakfast were quite ordinary. I would love to visit this hotel again.
