I visited once before and this time I brought my elderly parents. It turned out to be a very satisfying stay. You can fully enjoy the charm of Okinawa's remote islands with the sea, pool, and various activities. The staff are all highly professional, kind, and attentive. I can confidently recommend this place as a safe and enjoyable destination. On a minor note, I noticed a few things: "small insects like ants in the room," "the restaurant menu remains the same despite being a place for multiple night stays," and "the website for reservations and meal bookings is not user-friendly." Even with these points, it is still a highly satisfying stay. If you don't mind the journey involving a plane, bus, and ferry, I highly recommend visiting at least once.
かりかりんとう7 9/26/2025Our first trip to Kohama Island, and we chose this Hotel because my wife had always wanted to stay at Risonare. The result was complete satisfaction. We were blessed with great weather, a crystal-clear sea, and a beautiful starry sky that cannot be fully captured in photos. The warm hospitality of the staff allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay. As mentioned in other Reviews, the dining options within the Hotel might not be entirely satisfying for some guests. However, we enjoyed lunch at the on-site book café and made a Reservation for dinner at an island izakaya, which left us personally satisfied. We would love to visit again—thank you!
