1階の「木米」は、丸い石造りの温泉露天風呂から手入れの行き届いた庭を眺められます。ダーク調のインテリアで落ち着いた雰囲気の室内は、畳敷きの開放感とベッドやソファーの機能的な快適さが融合。いつまでも長居したくなるお部屋です。

「古九谷」も1階にあり、温泉をなみなみと湛えた四角い石造りの温泉露天風呂が印象的で、直線を意匠に取り入れすっきりとした印象。その一方で、カーテンのタッセルなど細部に優雅な西欧式を用いるなど、スタイリッシュな和モダンに心踊るお部屋です。

明るい陽射しが入り込む2階の「吉田屋」と「赤絵」には、半露天の温泉風呂が備わります。広々とした畳敷きのお部屋に、厳選されたインテリアを配したゆとりある空間が自慢。

アースカラーでまとめた落ち着いた和洋折衷のインテリアは、見た目の美しさはもちろん使い勝手も申し分ありません。

北陸の厳選素材にこだわった料理に五感が悦ぶ

大人だけに許された客室で山々に囲まれた静謐さを堪能した後は、選りすぐりの地元素材を活かした晩餐でお腹を満たしましょう。
北陸・日本海は、言わずと知れた海の幸の宝庫です。
冬は天然鰤や活蟹、夏は赤いかなど、新鮮で希少な素材をふんだんに用いた創作懐石は感動的な味わい深さです。
2ヶ月ごとに変わるメニューでは、先付の前に「飲む点滴」と呼ばれるほど栄養豊富な甘酒が供されることもあるそう。身体に優しい食事がいただけるとあれば、食欲への罪悪感が飛んでいくから不思議です。

焼物に牛フィレ肉のローストが提供される場合もあるそうで、お魚もお肉もたっぷり堪能したいという欲張りな期待にもしっかり応えてくれます。

水菓子には、加賀梨などの季節の果物のコンポートや、加賀棒茶をプリンに仕立てたデザートが出されることも。最後まで、郷土ならではの美味しさに出逢うことができますね。
