During our stay in September, we were so impressed by your wonderful hospitality that we made a Reservation right away. This time, with the season being different, we were able to relax with a fresh perspective. The cuisine was even more outstanding than before. From the presentation to the creativity, it was one delightful surprise after another. Even though the portions were generous, everything was so delicious that we kept eating with excitement. When each dish was served, the staff’s explanations and related stories were also excellent. For this course, breakfast included both Japanese and Western options, and when we asked to take home the bread we couldn’t finish from the Western breakfast, you kindly agreed without hesitation. When we looked after returning home, there were two of each item inside. It seems you also included bread for our daughter who had chosen the Japanese breakfast. With such thoughtful care in so many ways, this trip was once again a very satisfying one. Thank you very much. We have already made our next Reservation for summer as well.
なっち くみこ 3/16/2026I stayed with my wife and our 7-month-old baby.I was a bit worried that staying at an auberge with a child might be too much, but it turned out to be an unnecessary concern. The staff carefully confirmed details in advance and prepared everything for us, including the Shuttle Service, baby food, and bed guards, which made for an outstanding stay.The location is wonderful, and the views of Ago Bay from the lounge and our Room were breathtaking. You can fully enjoy a relaxing Hotel stay by unwinding in both the in-room bath and the private open-air bath. If the season is right, I recommend taking a dip in the open-air bath in your Room, then putting on the provided bathrobe and enjoying some fresh air on the terrace. (Please be mindful of temperature changes.)The meals were also excellent at both breakfast and dinner—truly what you would expect from Hiramatsu. Everything was superb: presentation, flavor, and polished service.Overall, it was exceptional—an Accommodation I would love to stay at again.
