A 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the 18th-floor lobby. Experience exceptional relaxation at the flagship "Premier" of Mitsui Garden Hotel.
With direct access to Nagoya Station, the location is ideal. The Hotel is new and the in-house Facility is well equipped, with great views from the guest rooms. The breakfast was also very satisfying. If I had to mention one drawback, the spa had only one bathtub, there were few washing areas, and there was no sauna. I will stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya.

At check-in, the staff kindly asked, "Are you here for sightseeing?" and "Was everything okay with the snow?" which gave a sense of reassurance right upon arrival. When I broke a nail late at night and requested a nail clipper, they went out of their way to deliver a portable one to my room and even said, "You don't need to return it," showing great thoughtfulness. The room and bath were impeccably clean, allowing for a very pleasant stay throughout. At check-out, all the cleaning staff greeted us warmly with "Good morning" and "Have a nice day." If I had to mention one thing, having a sauna in the SPA would make it perfect; however, overall satisfaction was extremely high. This is an accommodation I highly recommend and would love to stay at again!
