The use of the following 8 specified allergenic ingredients in food requires mandatory labeling.
Additionally, it is recommended to label when using 20 equivalent specified allergenic ingredients.
■ For buffets, we display the 8 specified allergenic ingredients:
- Wheat, Egg, Milk, Buckwheat, Peanut, Shrimp, Crab, Walnut
This notice applies to all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past regardless of their reservation date.
- Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requests other than allergies (e.g., pregnancy-related needs, religious or vegetarian restrictions, personal dislikes of certain foods).
