We stayed to celebrate our daughter’s university acceptance. We had requested a congratulatory plate in the Room in advance, and it was arranged at just the right time, so everything went perfectly. Even though we hadn’t ordered it, they also prepared non-alcoholic champagne and a strawberry platter, which delighted our strawberry-loving daughter. Thank you for your thoughtful service.The entire Room felt very clean, and the night view from the 48th floor was spectacular. With the late check-out benefit, we were able to relax at length. Valet parking was prompt and courteous when retrieving the car, and at check-out they asked during payment, “Shall we have your car ready?”—their efficiency really stood out. I told the front desk staff member, “It was perfect,” before leaving the Hotel. We achieved what we hoped for, felt very comfortable throughout our stay, and were highly satisfied thanks to the great coordination between valet parking and the front desk. Thank you very much.
