This was my first stay in Shiga Prefecture. Despite being the coldest season of winter, the spring-like weather with yellow dust in the air made for a unique experience. The open-air bath by Lake Biwa, overlooking the lake and accompanied by the sound of ducks, provided a heartwarming moment. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff's hospitality was outstanding. Our journey from Nagahama to Koto Sanzan will remain a cherished memory.

On the tranquil and serene shores of Lake Biwa, where willow branches sway gently in the breeze, waterfowl play on the lake, and the beautiful silhouette of Chikubu Island floats on the water's surface. Relax in a private space and enjoy moments of peace.
